Download ISPConfig
ISPConfig is released as open source software under the BSD license. No registration, no license key.
New installation
The recommended way is the ISPConfig Autoinstaller. It prepares a fresh Debian or Ubuntu server with all services and installs ISPConfig. Step-by-step guides for a manual installation and for multiserver setups are on the documentation page.
# Show all installer options first
$ wget -O - https://get.ispconfig.org | sh -s -- --help
Update an existing installation
Run the updater as root on the shell of the server. It checks for new releases and guides you through the update. In a multiserver setup, update the Management Server first and then the Service Nodes.
$ ispconfig_update.sh
To update manually from the tarball:
cd /tmp wget https://www.ispconfig.org/downloads/ISPConfig-3.3.2p1.tar.gz tar xvfz ISPConfig-3.3.2p1.tar.gz cd ispconfig3_install/install php -q update.php
Development versions
Nightly builds from the development branch are meant for testing only. Do not use them on production servers.
